The Nomination Committee’s proposal for a new board member and proposal of board of directors of LEAX Group AB

The Nomination Committee of LEAX Group AB has announced that they have informed the company that it is proposing Lina Ankargren as a new member of the Board. The board members Roger Berggren, Lars Davidsson, Jonas Lundgren, Lars Wrebo and Jessica Alenius are proposed for re-election.

Bent Wessel-Aas has announced that he will not run for re-election to the board.

The Nomination Committee proposes that the 2023 Annual General Meeting elects six ordinary Board members without deputies consisting of the following persons:

Roger Berggren (re-election), Chairman

Lars Davidsson (re-election), Deputy Chairman

Jonas Lundgren (re-election)

Lars Wrebo (re-election)

Jessica Alenius (re-election)

Lina Ankargren (new election)

Lina Ankargren is 38 years old and has 13 years of experience in various managerial positions at Scania. Lina´s current position at Scania is, Engineering Director, Head of Charging and Thermal Management System.

The Nomination Committee’s complete proposal is presented in the notice to LEAX Group’s Annual General Meeting which will be held on May 9, 2023.

The Nomination Committee consists of Peter Seger (representing own holdings), Chairman of the Nomination Committee, Angelica Hanson (representing AMF holdings) and Christian Krüeger (independent).
